update delay
Hey guys! Sorry for the delay of this week's post, but my computer is--dead and all my videos are backed up on a drive, and I only am able to post when I get the chance to use someone else's computer. Sooooo....I'll try and have the the third weeks videos up as soon as I can!

This week last year: 16th-22nd
Hey Hey Hey! Just want to say thanks to those of you who left a comment so far about what's going on in your lives. To the rest of you you still have time! just go back to my fist video post and leave us a comment so we can know what's going on!
Also, I do want to give a shout out to all of you guys who are on project again this summer: Talley Shawna and Nathan..God is with you! Let the rest of us keep them and their teams in prayer. Oh and if you're on a project, or missions trip of sorts let us know so we can be encouraging and praying for you.
Week 2:
So i was watching some of the 'candid' footage I took and some of you guys asking "is this video?" and then once I reply yes, some of you guys stay the same, or perk up, or give me a disappointed look...either way, I went with it because as you'll see i kept the video rolling ...this clip made me laugh...
So by this time, we have learned about NYC, taken several trips on the subway, visited colleges to share our faith, and got familiar with our daily routes to NYCAMS and our apartment, etc. However, I was the one who always followed the crowd around not really paying attention to what street we were on and what corner to turn on. So the time came when my wonderful roommate Kim and I had to take a trip NYCAMS by ourselves and we weren't sure if we actually had paid enough attention to make it there! Here's the video of our little adventure:
Some of us went out to see if we could see some Broadway shows. One Friday Shawna asked me if I wanted to go and try to see In the Heights with her. Honestly, I didn't want to go. I was in a bad mood, I didn't really know this Shawna girl, and what Heights was about or if I really wanted to head all the way out to time square... But I ended up going with her to try to get lottery tickets for the show and had one of the most surprisingly wonderful nights on project..
The clip in the middle with the dude rapping was a bit of entertainment we got when we had some time to kill before the show started..the last segment you will see how close we were to the stage, and how great the show was as exclaimed by Shawna. It was fantastic. Later that night I spent time talking and praying with Shawna on the roof of the Vogue and found that God used her to be a needed encouragement to me during a particularly rough day I was having. Do you guys have stories to share of how someone on arts track [maybe unexpected] encouraged you during a rough time on project?

This week last year: 9th-15th
Hey Everyone! Are you guys ready to take a jog down memory lane? Here we go!
This week last year: 9th-15th
So as you remember The fist couple days there we did a lot of learning about NYC. This first short clip is when the entire project was together, we went to the Rockefeller Center. This is what we saw hen we reached the Top of the Rock.
We also did some ice breaker group activities back at NYCAMS. Remember how we had to make up those skits based on random lines we got from staff? Yeah well this is the group i was in and you can see for your self how ridiculous we look having fun.
i kinda wish i had the other groups on flim too everyone was all to funny!
These are the only two videos I had for that first week we were there, but i have a lot more video for the weeks following, so stay tuned!

A year ago this week...
Hey Everyone!
I hope I find you well. As you might already know, it's coming up to the year anniversary of the day we all met each other in NYC for Tribeca Summer Project in a couple of days. Doesn't time fly? Anyhow some of you might remember how I took a whole bunch of video footage during project so that I could make and awesome edited video of the whole trip? Yeah well that never happened. The video remains unmade. [Sorry!] However, to make up for my slackness, I thought of a corny yet fun way to share it with you: each week starting on the 9th,[this Wednesday!] I'll post any footage that i have of what we were up to on project that week! I'm kinda excited myself, I don't remember half the stuff I filmed. But it will be posted on this blog for all of us to check out. So hopefully as we all look back at that crazy time we call tribeca summer project we can see and share how far God has taken us since then. I know I'd like to hear what's going on with all of you.
Also, if you are a hoarder like me and you have footage that you haven't shared on facebook from project and you want to let everyone see, now is the time to share! Just send me a message and we'll work it out together.
So please check it out, if you have any other ideas let me know.
